Acorn Recruitment is recruiting a Traffic Marshall / Vehicle Banksman for a busy construction site in Port Talbot. You will manage site access, direct traffic and ensure safety for pedestrians and vehicles on a £500 million project.

Role is a 12-week temp-to-perm opportunity, Monday to Friday, 6:30am-5:30pm, with overtime opportunities. You will be the first point of contact on site, coordinating deliveries and visitor flow.

Competenze

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Traffic Marshall qualification with CSCS logo.
• Previous Traffic Marshall or Vehicle Banksman experience.
• Full personal protective equipment (PPE) and strong health and safety awareness.

Mansioni

• Manage deliveries and visitors arriving on site.
• Act as the first point of contact at the site entrance.
• Bank vehicles safely on and off site.
• Direct site traffic to designated areas.
• Maintain a safe working environment for vehicles and pedestrians.
