Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guide vehicles and heavy machinery to maintain smooth traffic flow.
• Use hand signals, signs, and radios to communicate with drivers and operators.
• Monitor the site for obstructions or unsafe conditions and take action to mitigate risks.
• Follow established traffic management plans and ensure pedestrian safety at crossings.
• Assist with site security and maintain records of traffic flow or incidents.
• Participate in toolbox talks and report safety hazards to site management.
