Job Title: Construction Teacher
Area: Ealing, West London
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent
Salary: £170-£260 per day (dependent on experience)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm

Brief description:
Teach practical construction skills to students in a supportive specialist school environment.

About the school:
Independent specialist school for learners aged 5-21 with social, emotional and mental health needs and moderate learning difficulties. The school provides a hands-on, vocational curriculum alongside therapeutic support.

About the role:
Deliver engaging construction lessons that develop practical skills, health and safety awareness, and teamwork. Support students to gain confidence and work readiness in a safe, nurturing setting.

We're looking for a dedicated candidate to:
- Plan and deliver construction and vocational lessons
- Teach health and safety, tool use, and building techniques
- Adapt teaching to meet varied learning needs
- Support positive behaviour and skill development
- Collaborate with teaching and pastoral teams

Requirements -
The ideal candidate would have:
- Relevant construction or vocational teaching qualification (e.g. , PTLLS, City & Guilds)
- Experience teaching construction or practical skills to young people
