Reporting to the Construction Manager, you’ll oversee site activities, ensuring contractors deliver work safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.Working as part of the Client team, you’ll primarily fulfil the **NEC4 Supervisor** role while supporting wider HSQE activities on site. This is an excellent opportunity to work on nationally significant projects within a highly regulated environment. What You’ll Do* Act as the **NEC4 Supervisor**, ensuring works comply with contract requirements and project scope.* Supervise construction activities, monitoring quality, safety, and progress on site.* Carry out inspections, witness testing, identify defects, and support quality assurance.* Review contractor documentation, including Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Plans, and construction methods.* Work closely with Project Managers, contractors, and stakeholders to support successful project delivery.* Maintain accurate site records, reports, and project documentation.* Monitor contractor Health & Safety performance and support HSQE activities.* Contribute to commissioning, lessons learned, and continuous improvement across projects.
