Thorn Baker are currently working with a family-run construction company that specialises in high end residential projects. They are currently seeking a Construction Supervisor on a temporary basis for a large country estate in the Cotswolds. This is the end of a project and they are looking for a supervisor with experience managing high end projects, overseeing final snagging and a keen eye for paperwork.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets
  • Supervise and direct subcontractors and construction workers
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to address any issues or concerns
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports
  • Manage site logistics, including materials and equipment

Required Skills:

  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
  • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card
  • Valid First Aid certification
  • Full UK Driving Licence
