Job Description

The Superintendent will:

• Supervise the daily construction activities and quality control of all subcontractors.
• Coordinate field efforts between trades to achieve timely and profitable completion, adhering to contract documents, specifications, laws, and safety requirements.
• Communicate relevant project information effectively to superiors.
• Attend weekly meetings with subcontractors, owners, and architects.
• Monitor site safety protocols.
• Track manpower and complete daily reports.
• Assist with quality control oversight and field office document control.
• Assist with creating look-ahead schedules and monitor site deliveries.
• Verify all materials, equipment, and installations comply with approved submittals and contract documents.

The Successful Applicant
