What Were Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction
• Deep knowledge of all trades technical understanding, building codes, sequencing
• Scheduling & Layout Skills Confident in creating detailed project schedules and trade layouts
• Effective Communication A team player whos strong at relaying information digitally and in person
• Adaptable & Coachable Ready to learn, grow, and contribute to our shared success
• Self-Starter Able to manage tasks with minimal supervision
• Plan-Savvy Comfortable reading and interpreting plans, contracts, and specs

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Assist with daily management of jobsite and subcontractors
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain top-notch safety standards
• Evaluate subcontractor change orders and related documentation
• Complete projects within schedule and budget
• Maintain quality workmanship that meets or exceeds plans and specifications
• Provide timely communication about project status, changes, and solutions
• Keep detailed daily records and progress photos
• Review plans and blueprints to confirm accuracy
• Coordinate and verify all close-out documents
