AJ Chambers, a Legal 500 firm in the City of London, is recruiting a non-contentious construction solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE to handle development finance and construction matters for lenders. You will work on JCT matters, consultant agreements, and development and construction agreements, along with related property and security documents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' PQE in construction law for a non-contentious role.
• Experience advising on development finance and lenders' matters.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate construction contracts (JCT, development agreements).
