You will advise clients on high-value, technically complex disputes arising from commercial and residential development, and participate in adjudications, mediations and litigation, including the Technology and Construction Court.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction law and contentious disputes.
• Ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality client care.
• Strong commercial awareness and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on contentious construction matters.
• Involve in adjudications, mediations and litigation including the Technology and Construction Court (TCC).
• Assist with front-end work: drafting and reviewing construction contracts and consultant appointments.
• Support business development and thought leadership within the department.
