A leading law firm is seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor with over 5 years PQE to manage a diverse caseload. The role involves drafting and negotiating contracts and working on significant construction projects across various sectors, including healthcare and education.
Construction Solicitor
This top law firm is seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join their nationally recognized practice, which provides a complete range of legal and advisory services on all aspects of construction law.
The department advises on construction risk management from procurement to completion and acts for a broad range of private and public sector clients, including developers, healthcare providers, education institutions, transport authorities, main contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants. They work across various sectors, including commercial development, PRS, student accommodation, local government, transport, education, health, utilities, energy, and investment.
With 5+ years' PQE, you will manage your own caseload, draft, and negotiate on all major standard forms of contract, including JCT and NEC4. You can expect to be involved in a range of projects, including multi-million-pound developments. Additionally, you will collaborate with members of the Construction team to develop client relationships and new business opportunities.
