What you’ll be doing
  • Advising developers, contractors, consultants, and funders on construction contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, and procurement strategies
  • Managing disputes relating to delays, defects, payment, and performance issues, with a focus on achieving the best commercial outcome for clients
  • Leading negotiations and drafting clear, robust agreements to safeguard client interests
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to provide seamless, integrated advice
  • Building lasting client relationships and contributing to the firm’s profile within the construction sector

Salary & Working Hours

£45,000pa – £85,000pa depending on experience

35 hours per week, Monday – Friday
