We are seeking a construction solicitor to join our client and their accomplished legal team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal counsel to clients in the construction industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on all legal aspects of construction projects, including contracts, disputes, and regulatory compliance.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts, subcontracts, and related legal documents.
• Conducting due diligence and risk assessments.
• Resolving construction-related disputes through negotiation, mediation, or litigation when necessary.
• Providing legal support and guidance to clients.
• Collaborating with other departments within the company.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in construction law or dispute resolution.
• Strong knowledge of construction law, contracts, and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
