Job Opportunity: Construction Site Operatives / Groundworkers & Plant Operators

Location: HP18 0XB – Waddesdon, Aylesbury

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime Available)

Pay Rate: Fully Negotiable based on experience

Contract Type: Contract / Permanent

We are currently recruiting Construction Site Operatives and Plant & Machinery Operators to join a busy and expanding construction site in the Aylesbury area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience in groundwork, plant operation, and ground working duties.

Roles Available:

• General Labourers / Site Operatives
• Site Dumper Operators
• Compaction Roller Operators
• Telehandler Operators
• 360° Excavator Operators

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general site duties including material handling and site maintenance
• Operate plant and machinery safely and efficiently (where qualified)
• Support trades and site supervisors with daily operations
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow all health & safety procedures and site rules

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card or training will be given
• Relevant CPCS or NPORS tickets for plant operators
• Previous experience in construction or plant operation
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather
• Own transport required
