Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Construction Site Manager (Training on Solar) to lead civils on commercial solar and EV projects across the UK, with field-based work in the M62 corridor.

You will hold SMSTS/SSSTS and bring experience from utilities, solar, rail or energy sectors. The role offers progression, training, and a company car or allowance.

Qualifications

• SMSTS/SSSTS qualification is required.
• Experience with civils, solar, rail, telecoms or energy sectors is preferred.
• Field-based construction management experience in renewable projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee civils works for commercial solar and EV projects.
• Manage field-based site activities across the M62 Corridor.
• Ensure safety, schedule and budget adherence on site.

£50,000 - £55,000 + Progression + Training + Company Car / Allowance
