We are looking for a highly motivatedConstruction Site Managerto join our growing team. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations on construction sites, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and working closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and manage daily operations on construction sites

•Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and suppliers

•Enforce health and safety regulations and maintain site compliance

•Assist with project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking

•Manage site documentation and reporting

•Monitor cost control and assist with budgeting

•Communicate effectively with the Project Manager and wider team

•Ensure quality standards are met throughout the build process

Qualifications & Skills

•Minimum2 years’ experiencein a similar Site Management role
