Package: £55,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Private Pension

Are you an experienced Site Manager? Do you have a passion for the projects you work on? Do you have experience working on large scale construction projects such as Student Accommodations and Hospitals? Responsibilities

1. Liaising with clients
2. Supervising construction workers and hiring subcontractors
3. Conducting quality and safety inspections
4. Checking and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings
5. Maintaining quality control checks
6. Motivating the workforce
7. Day-to-day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
8. Using specialist project management computer programs
9. Working on-site in all weathers, at clients' businesses or in a site office

Requirements

1. SMSTS / SSSTS
2. First Aid
3. Fire Marshal
4. Full UK Driving Licence
