Site Manager New Build | Magherafelt

Start Date: Immediate

Employment Type: Permanent

Salary Package: Vehicle, Fuel Card, Health care

Vickerstock are working in partnership with a leading Main Contractor in Mid Ulster who are seeking to appoint an experienced Site Manager for an immediate start.

This is a permanent position with a well-established main contractor. The initial project will run for 15 months, delivering a New Health care Facility, with further work available on successful completion.

The Role | Site Manager

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading site operations on a new build development, ensuring project delivery aligns with programme, quality, health & safety, and budget expectations.

Duties include:

• Full site management and coordination of subcontractors and direct labour
• Delivering projects on time and to the highest standards
• Conducting and maintaining project documentation and reports
• Ensuring strict adherence to health & safety regulations
• Managing site logistics, materials, and scheduling
• Liaising closely with engineers and design teams
• Motivating and leading site teams with clear direction and structure
• Whiteboard meetings and toolbox talks

What you need to succeed:

• Experience managing New Build projects from inception to completion
• Previous experience delivering healthcare & medical schemes
• Hold valid SMSTS and/or SSSTS certification
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes and building regulations
• Self-motivated, solutions-focused, and highly organised
• Strong leadership and communication skills
