Specialist Group are recruiting for an experienced Site Managers to lead our team of Site Joiners on high-profile joinery fitout projects in London.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily site operations, ensuring smooth execution of all joinery fitout work.

Manage and support a team of Site Joiners, ensuring productivity and quality standards.

Work closely with the Project Manager and Logistics Team to coordinate materials, schedules, and site needs.

Maintain accurate digital records of work completion using a mobile or tablet-based system.

Conduct quality checks, ensuring compliance with project specifications and client expectations.

Uphold health & safety regulations, ensuring a secure working environment.

What We’re Looking For
