Are you an experienced Construction Site Manager ready to take the lead on high-profile projects in one of the world’s most dynamic cities?

We’re seeking a confident and proactive Construction Site Manager to join our clients growing team in London. With a strong pipeline of high-value residential and commercial developments, we need a seasoned professional to drive site performance, ensure safety and quality, and deliver results on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily site operations from groundworks to handover

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel

Ensure health & safety, environmental, and quality standards are upheld

Monitor progress against programme and report to senior management

Resolve technical issues and escalate where necessary

Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities

Requirements

Proven experience managing construction sites in the UK (minimum 5 years)

Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction processes

Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid at Work

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Track record of delivering projects valued £5m+ preferred

Desirable

Background in high-rise residential or commercial projects

Degree or HNC/HND in Construction Management or related discipline
