Job summary

WINNER Recruitment is seeking a Construction Site Manager in Lancaster (LA1) to lead a carpark refurbishment project. You will supervise direct and sub-contracted labour, manage site paperwork, and act as the primary client contact on a busy site.

The role requires extensive construction management experience, with advantageous exposure to Concrete/Structural Repairs. CSCS (Gold/Black), SMSTS, and First Aid are highly desirable qualifications.

Qualifications

• Extensive construction management experience required.
• Experience in Concrete/Structural Repairs advantageous.
• Valid CSCS Card (Gold or Black).
• SMSTS certification required.
• First Aid certification preferred.

On behalf of our valued client, WINNER Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Construction Site Manager to run a carpark refurbishment contract in Lancaster (LA1) starting on the 26th October.

As a Site Manager working on this project, your duties would include but not limited to:

• Supervision and Management of direct and sub-contracted labour
• Daily and weekly site paperwork
• Regular meetings and being first point of contact for the client
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed always

The ideal candidate will have extensive construction management experience, and experience working within the Concrete / Structural Repairs industry would be advantageous, the ideal candidate would hold:

• Valid CSCS Card (Gold or Black Card)
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• First Aid
