Job description

Site Manager - Construction

Location: Chippenham

Company: Regional Main Contractor

Package: 55,000 - 60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Private Pension

Are you an experienced Site Manager? Do you have a passion for the projects you work on? Do you have experience working on Small to Medium (1m-8m) sized construction projects; Schools, Office blocks etc? Do you want to be a part of a great organisation who truly cares about their employees? Want to be seen as a person and not just a number?

Responsibilities
  1. Liaising with clients
  2. Supervising construction workers and hiring subcontractors
  3. Conducting quality and safety inspections
  4. Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
  5. Maintaining quality control checks
  6. Motivating the workforce
  7. Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
  8. Using specialist project management computer programmes
  9. Working on-site in all weathers, at clients' businesses or in a site office
Requirements
  1. SMSTS / SSSTS
  2. First Aid
  3. Fire Marshal
  4. Full UK Driving Licence
