A leading construction firm in Banbury is seeking a Construction Site Manager to oversee on-site activities for high-profile projects. You will manage subcontractors, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and coordinate daily site operations. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in construction management, particularly in the petrochemical sector, and holds relevant certifications. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Working Hours: 40 hours Monday-Friday (with flexibility to meet site demands)
Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire OX16 - but requires occasional travel to the Head Office in Cheshire (CH65 4LX)

As a Site Construction Manager at nZero, you will be responsible for the on-site management of construction activities for a high profile project, managing subcontractors, direct labour, and client relationships to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of works. You will ensure all activities comply with current CDM regulations, HSE requirements, Temporary Works procedures in accordance with BS 5975 code of practice and all works delivered to the contract programme. You will also be responsible for producing and implementing daily work plans to ensure all stakeholders have visibility of progress of the site works, coordinating on-site operations, and reporting progress to the Project Manager.
