Job summary

The NRL Group is recruiting reliable and hardworking labour operatives for a Teesside construction site. This is a full-time, six-month contract with PAYE or Umbrella options and competitive hourly rates.

Responsibilities include assisting trades, delivering materials, keeping areas clean and safe, and supporting site management. A valid CSCS card and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous construction site experience preferred.
• Valid CSCS Card essential.
• Strong understanding of site health and safety regulations.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
• Own transport is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople with day-to-day site activities.
• Load, unload, and move materials around site.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Carry out general labouring and site maintenance duties.
• Support deliveries and stock management.
• Follow site health and safety procedures at all times.
• Operate basic hand and power tools where required.
• Assist with site setup and welfare area maintenance.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as directed by site management.
