The position is temporary–full-time, with CIS payroll and an hourly rate of £16.00. A CSCS card and previous site experience are essential, with a good understanding of health and safety and the ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist tradespeople with general construction duties.
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Prepare tools, materials and equipment.
• Assist with deliveries and collections.
• Follow instructions from Site Managers and supervisors.
• Work safely and maintain good housekeeping.
• Use tools and equipment safely and appropriately.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as required.
