Job summary

S Guest Consultancy Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead site safety across our construction projects in Wolverhampton and surrounding areas. You will work with Directors, Project Managers, site teams and subcontractors to raise safety standards and embed practical risk controls on site.

We value hands-on leadership, proactive hazard identification, and the ability to stop work when unsafe conditions arise, ensuring everyone goes home safely at the end of each

Qualifications

• Experience in health and safety within the construction industry.
• Good understanding of UK construction health and safety requirements.
• Experience carrying out site inspections and audits.
• Experience reviewing RAMS and risk assessments.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Regular site visits and inspections.
• Carry out safety inspections, audits and site walks.
• Identify hazards and unsafe practices; implement controls.
• Provide practical safety advice to Site Managers and Project Managers.
• Ensure health and safety arrangements are in place before and during works.
• Monitor housekeeping, PPE and site standards.
• Follow up actions from inspections.
