Job summary

Regional Recruitment Ltd. is advertising a Labourer / Building Site Cleaner to join a busy construction site team in the Nottingham area. This is a practical, hands-on role for a reliable individual who takes pride in keeping work areas clean, safe and well organised. A valid CSCS card is essential.

The position is temporary, full-time with rate DOE, offering a busy site environment, support from an experienced site management team and opportunities to contribute to site safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card required.
• Experience on building site cleaning or labouring.
• Good awareness of site health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Keep site welfare areas, walkways and work areas clean and tidy.
• Remove rubbish and maintain waste/recycling areas.
• Assist with general site housekeeping and maintain clear access routes.
• Support site management with cleaning duties as required.
• Ensure areas are presentable, organised and safe for all site personnel.
• Follow Site Manager instructions and work safely at all times.
• Report hazards or unsafe conditions promptly.
• Wear PPE at all times.
• Be flexible to support other general site duties.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as directed by Site Manager.
