Job summary

Concept Resources is recruiting a Construction Site Cleaner for a busy project at Thickthorn, A47, Norwich. The role offers a full-time, 40-hour week with an immediate start on a major infrastructure project.

Pay is £13.10 per hour (PAYE). Candidates should have relevant cleaning experience, be reliable, and willing to work as part of a team while following health and safety procedures. CSCS is desirable and PPE (safety boots and hi-vis) is required on site.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial or construction cleaning experience is preferred.
• CSCS Card is desirable.
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Safety conscious with a positive attitude.
• PPE required (safety boots and hi-vis).

Responsibilities

• Cleaning site offices, welfare facilities, canteens and toilets.
• Maintaining clean and tidy walkways and communal areas.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly.
• Replenishing cleaning and hygiene supplies.
• Assisting with maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.
