Job summary

RGMLab3 is seeking a dedicated cleaner for a 1 day cover in Newington, Kent. The role involves cleaning site offices, canteens, drying rooms and communal areas, with focus on hygiene and safety. You will also replenish consumables and follow health and safety procedures throughout the shift.

The ideal candidate has previous cleaning experience, reliability, and an ability to work independently for a 4-hour shift, with suitable references and full PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience, ideally within a construction site or commercial environment.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be able to provide suitable work references.
• Full PPE.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining site offices, desks, surfaces and communal areas.
• Cleaning site canteen areas, including tables, worktops, kitchen surfaces and sinks.
• Cleaning and maintaining drying rooms.
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors where required.
• Emptying bins and disposing of rubbish appropriately.
• Wiping down door handles, touchpoints and shared surfaces.
• Ensuring all welfare facilities and communal areas are kept clean, hygienic and presentable.
• Replenishing cleaning materials and consumables where necessary.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.
