Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is seeking a Welfare Cleaner in Rayleigh on a long-term temporary basis on a construction site. The role covers site cabins/offices, canteen, toilets, corridors and communal areas, with responsibilities including waste disposal, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking facilities.

Applicants should have on-site cleaning experience, a CSCS card and enhanced DBS. The role offers weekly payroll and the possibility to work before/after site hours depending on access.

Qualifications

• Experience on site in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of cleaning products and their uses.
• Flexibility to work before site opens, during site hours, or after site closes depending on access.
• Ability to lift and move equipment and manage waste.

Responsibilities

• Clean site cabins/offices and reception areas.
• Clean canteen/kitchen facilities and communal areas.
• Clean toilets and washrooms to high standards.
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors.
• Keep all site areas tidy and stocked with supplies.
• Dispose of rubbish and recycling as required.
