Are you an experienced construction lawyer looking to step up into a Senior Associate role with a clear pathway towards partnership?

The Role:

A standout opportunity for a Non-Contentious Construction solicitor (5+ PQE) to join a forward-thinking, expanding team.

You’ll take on senior-level responsibility, working closely with partners and leading on matters such as:

  • Shaping procurement and contracting strategies.
  • Drafting and negotiating construction and development documentation.
  • Advising on risks in live schemes, including preventing project failures.
  • Working with JCT, NEC, and EPC contracts.

The work is varied, from standard form contracts to more bespoke, complex agreements, as well as large-scale due diligence exercises and development arrangements.

Experience in commercial and/or housing development would be highly valued, though not essential.

You’ll also have the chance to get involved in business development, strengthening client relationships and growing your profile within the sector.
