Construction Sales Executive

As a Construction Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in the growth of our department. Your responsibilities include handling incoming enquiries, providing quotations aligned with KPIs, and proactively following up to convert them into orders. Strong communication skills are essential to build lasting relationships with customers, which may include Builders Merchants or Contractors. The ideal candidate is target-driven, organized, and eager to succeed in sales. We offer comprehensive induction and support for your development in technical sales within the civils/construction sector.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Achieve personal and departmental sales targets.
  2. Provide basic technical assistance and recommendations as needed.
  3. Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies.
  4. Provide a sales forecast every three months.
  5. Maintain and update the CRM system.
  6. Develop new and existing targeted accounts.
  7. Handle incoming and outgoing sales calls to customers.
  8. Provide quotations based on customer enquiries.
  9. Increase the conversion rate of quotations to orders.
Requirements
  • Experience in customer relations.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Proficiency in IT and computer skills.
  • Alignment with the company's Values and Behaviours.
  • Understanding and adherence to the Geosynthetics Limited business plan.
