Job Description:
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to facilitate sales and increase profitability.
  • Encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty by adding value to transactions and providing suitable solutions alongside excellent customer service.
  • Respond to questions and queries from customers and internal teams via telephone, email, video calls, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Prepare quotations and liaise with external, technical, and commercial teams as required.
  • Conduct proactive follow-up calls on quotations.
  • Negotiate with customers to secure orders.
  • Coordinate with other departments before and after sales, including finance, operations, technical, and design teams.
Candidate Requirements:

Experience in processing orders or producing quotes in the building/construction industry is advantageous but not essential.
