Job summary

PIB Group’s Risk Management division is seeking a Construction Safety Risk Manager to support a diverse portfolio of clients across construction and related industries. The role focuses on CDM and DSEAR compliance, practical risk control, and improved safety performance, with field-based and home-based elements.

You will conduct risk assessments, inspections and audits, produce detailed reports, deliver training, and help expand services through strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent required.
• Minimum Tech IOSH membership with commitment to progressing professionally.
• Experience in construction health and safety, risk management or consultancy.
• Strong communication and report-writing with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, audits and safety reviews at client locations.
• Provide advice and guidance on CDM, DSEAR and wider health and safety requirements.
• Produce high-quality reports, risk management documentation and improvement plans.
• Deliver client training and support investigations into significant incidents.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships through additional services and support.
