The ideal candidate for the Construction Retrofit (Domestic) Lecturer role should have:

• Teaching experience
• A Degree-level qualification in a relevant technical subject (such as Building and Construction, Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or Building Design)
• Knowledge and experience of using different types of insulation in construction, energy-efficient construction, types of zero-carbon structures, and retrofitting to improve building fabric
• A teaching qualification (preferably Level 4 or above)
• Experience in domestic retrofit, with knowledge of PAS and 'Each Home Counts'
