Job summary

Search Recruitment Group is seeking a motivated Recruitment Resourcer to join our Edinburgh Construction division. You will proactively source, screen and register candidates for temporary opportunities, building a strong pipeline to support the division.

Working with experienced Consultants and senior management, you will manage candidate records, bookings and admin, while aiming to meet KPIs and deliver a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a customer service, sales, recruitment or similarly target-driven environment.
• A proven ability to work towards KPIs, manage priorities and deliver against deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing bookings, candidate information and admin.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source, attract and engage suitable candidates for temporary opportunities across the Construction sector.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews and registrations, assessing suitability against specific client requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified and available candidates to support ongoing recruitment requirements.
• Coordinate candidate bookings, assignments and allocations, ensuring all information is accurately maintained within internal systems.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with candidates, acting as a key point of contact throughout the recruitment process and during assignments.
• Ensure candidate records, compliance and recruitment activity are managed accurately.
• Work collaboratively with Recruitment Consultants to fulfil client requirements and deliver against targets
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the effective day-to-day running of the division.
