Construction Recruitment Consultant. Permsdesk

Fantastic opportunity to join a busy Construction Recruiter in a very active white collar perms sector. The role offers a basic salary of up to £35k, dependent on experience and billing history, plus a commission scheme paying up to 30% on monthly billings. The OTE for the first year is £70k. You will be responsible for building relationships with existing and lapsed clients, as well as sourcing and developing new business opportunities. The role encompasses the full 360-degree recruitment process, including sales and delivery.

This position is within a White Collar Perms construction desk.

We are open to considering Recruitment Consultants or Billing Managers seeking a change, provided their focus is on networking and sales. Our client has invested heavily in digital marketing and lead generation campaigns to create warm leads and engagement, along with access to LinkedIn Recruiter. You will have the necessary tools and database to make successful placements, and will walk into an active pipeline with full marketing support.
