We value MRICS or equivalent Chartered status, a degree in Engineering/Construction or Quantity Surveying, and at least five years in construction. Proficiency with Excel/Word/PowerPoint and willingness to travel internationally are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree level education in Engineering, Construction or Quantity Surveying
• MRICS or equivalent Chartered status
• Ideally 5+ years construction-related industry experience
• Experience writing or contributing to Quantum Expert reports
• Strong knowledge of construction cost management
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint and handling large data
• Willing to travel internationally

Responsibilities

• Supporting Quantum experts in dispute resolution, litigation support and expert witness testimony
• Performing advanced data research and analysis for export reports
• Coordinate with team members
• Work to tight deadlines
• Assist in analysis or preparation of claims
• Quality control checks to ensure reports comply with procedures
• Establish effective client-focused working relationships
