Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot problems at rental properties
• Have the experience and the skills to work with a team renovating kitchens, bathrooms, painting and installing floors.
• Can work independently as well as on a team
• Can be on call 2 weeks per month - on call rate $30/hour

• Is a GREAT team player and lives by the mantra respect for the individual
• Has great customer service skills
• Must have own tools and willing to use them
• Must have own vehicle
• Must have a clean driving record - there will be access to a company vehicle
