The ideal candidate will have 3+ years PQE and relevant experience in advising on construction matters across sectors including housing, local government, social business, and charities. Experience in public procurement is advantageous but not essential. The role involves drafting and negotiating construction contracts, producing high-quality legal drafting, and potentially developing expertise in procurement law, waste, and energy projects.
