As a Construction Planner at XYZ Reality, you will manage project planning and delivery across multiple locations throughout EMEA, collaborating with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading external planning teams with proficiency in Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, and 4D integration.
• Integrating Project Programmes with client requirements into the 3D design.
• Expanding scheduled activities, including MEP programmes, to sequence construction and integrate within BIM models.
• Collaborating with the Sales Team on client calls, demonstrating schedule and construction knowledge.
• Performing project data analytics using Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, and Excel.
• Providing progress reports at customer and company levels.
• Monitoring productivity and deadlines.
• Interacting regularly with stakeholders in this front-end role.
• Providing technical and assurance support for Planning & Project Controls within the XYZ Project Team.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• 2-6 years of Construction Project Planning experience.
• Professional qualification with a relevant construction-related degree.
• Good industry knowledge, especially in MEP planning, ideally in data centres or high-tech/mission-critical sectors.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject.
• Ability to analyze construction sequences, identify risks, and resolve coordination issues.
• Proactive, influential, and dynamic approach to teamwork.
• Ability to coach and challenge management and non-specialists.
• Experience with 4D Construction software is advantageous but not essential.
• Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship now or in future.
• Willing to travel semi-regularly across Europe for project meetings and workshops.

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 DOE
