Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Building Division in Yorkshire. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the successful delivery of projects, with a focus on areas such as Build to Rent (BTR), student accommodation, Listed Buildings, and education sectors. Your expertise will drive project success, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from inception to completion, while adhering to budgetary and timeline constraints.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and expectations.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to optimize project outcomes.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and innovation on-site, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, processes, and best practices.
