Job Description:

The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients, focusing on refurbishments that require quick turnarounds for new store openings.

This role is quite technical, requiring experience in heavy-duty retail projects on a large-format scale.

The company is a Spanish firm delivering retail design projects across the UK and Ireland for European brands, and you must have experience working on construction projects in the retail sector.

Requirements include occupational health and safety training in line with CSCS, proficiency in AutoCAD to read and amend plans, and BIM knowledge is a bonus.

You must have strong language skills in either Portuguese or Spanish.

You will be responsible for managing budgets, coordinating with technical departments, and ensuring projects are completed on time with client satisfaction as the top priority.

This role is FULLY REMOTE, so you can be based anywhere in the UK. Travel and accommodation will be covered when working on-site on large, ongoing projects.
