Job Description:

The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients on refurbishments requiring quick turnarounds for new store openings.

This role is technical, requiring experience in heavy-duty retail projects on a large format scale.

The company is a Spanish firm delivering retail design projects across the UK and Ireland for European brands. Experience in construction projects within the retail sector is essential.

You must have occupational health and safety training in line with CSCS standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required to read and amend plans; BIM knowledge is a plus.

Strong language skills in either Portuguese or Spanish are necessary.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with technical departments, and ensure projects are completed on time with client satisfaction as the top priority.

This role is FULLY REMOTE, so you can be based anywhere in the UK. Travel and accommodation costs will be covered when working on-site for large, ongoing projects.
