Job Description:

The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution, working with senior management and acting as the point of contact for clients. The focus will be on refurbishments requiring quick turnarounds for new store openings.

This role involves technical expertise, particularly in heavy-duty retail projects on a large scale, within the retail sector.

The company is a Spanish firm delivering retail design projects across the UK and Ireland for European brands. Experience in construction projects in the retail sector is essential.

Requirements include occupational health and safety training aligned with CSCS standards, proficiency in AutoCAD for reading and editing plans, and BIM knowledge is a plus.

Strong language skills in either Portuguese or Spanish are required.

The role involves managing budgets, coordinating with technical departments, and ensuring projects are completed on time with high client satisfaction.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the UK. Travel and accommodation costs will be covered when working on-site for large projects.
