Job Description:

The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients, focusing on refurbishments that require quick turnarounds for new store openings.

This role is quite technical, requiring experience in heavy-duty retail projects on a large format scale.

The company is a Spanish firm delivering retail design projects across the UK and Ireland for European brands. Experience working on construction projects in the retail sector is essential.

Candidates must have occupational health and safety training in line with CSCS standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required to read and amend plans, with BIM knowledge considered a bonus.

Strong language skills in Portuguese or Spanish are necessary.

You will also be responsible for managing budgets, coordinating with technical departments, and ensuring projects are completed on time with high client satisfaction.

This role is FULLY REMOTE, allowing you to be based anywhere in the UK. Travel and accommodation will be covered when working on-site for large, ongoing projects.
