The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients, focusing on refurbishments that require quick turnarounds for new store openings.

This role is technical, requiring experience in heavy-duty retail projects on a large format scale.

The company is a Spanish firm delivering retail design projects across the UK and Ireland for European brands. You must have experience working on construction projects in the retail sector.

Required qualifications include occupational health and safety training aligned with CSCS standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD is necessary to read and modify plans, with BIM knowledge considered a plus.

Strong language skills in Portuguese or Spanish are essential.
