  • Accurate and timely project reporting and governance

Construction & Project Oversight

  • Lead the construction delivery of one or more utility-scale energy transition projects, overseeing and managing EPC, OEM and ICP contractors on their behalf.

  • Manage construction phase risks, proactively identifying and resolving issues. Ensuring contractor HSE compliance across all construction activities. Promote their safety culture and ensure alignment with CDM and relevant regulations.

  • Support tendering and contractor appointment processes, managing contract administration throughout the construction lifecycle. Monitoring project budgets, change control and cost forecasting.

  • Act as the key interface between contractors, design teams, grid operators, local councils, and internal departments.

  • Ensure efficient information flow and coordination across multidisciplinary project teams. Support internal reporting and stakeholder engagement including investment team liaison.

  • Oversee site inspections, quality assurance processes and progress reviews. Prepare and present accurate progress reports, schedule updates and risk registers. Ensure commissioning and performance testing is completed to specification.
