Job Description:

Working with one of Huntsman's repeat clients, you will be working for a household name in the Project and Cost Management market, specializing in Industrial and Logistics projects.

The firm handles interesting and complex schemes, has a strong work ethic, industry leaders, and promotes training, professional development, and industry standards.

Based in London, with offices across the UK and Europe, you will work in their Project Management division, servicing clients in the Industrial and Logistics sector on new build warehouses for property developers. Opportunities in Residential and Data Centres are also available.

Current projects include installing new mezzanine floors in existing assets and implementing automation systems.

Candidates should have:

• Understanding of JCT Contracts
• Experience in private sector new build projects (Industrial, Manufacturing, or Data Centre experience is desirable)
• Experience with Built Environment Consultancy or Property Developers
• Full Driving License
• Experience in contract administration or as an employer's agent

The role offers a salary of up to £65,000 plus benefits, including a bonus, pension, private healthcare, and additional perks.
