Job Description:

Working with one of Huntsman's repeat clients, you will be working for a household name in the Project and Cost Management market in Industrial and Logistics projects.

The company works on interesting and complex schemes, with a strong work ethic, industry leaders, and a culture that promotes training, professional development, and setting industry standards.

Located in London, with offices across the UK and Europe, you will be part of their Project Management division, servicing clients in the Industrial and Logistics market on new build warehouses for Property Developers. Opportunities in Residential and Data Centres are also available.

Current projects include installing new mezzanine floors in existing assets with automation systems.

Candidates should have:

• Understanding of JCT Contracts
• Experience in private sector new build projects (Industrial, Manufacturing, or Data Centres preferred)
• Experience with Built Environment Consultancy or Property Development
• Full Driving License
• Contract administration or employer's agent experience

The role offers a base salary up to £65,000 plus benefits including a bonus, pension, private healthcare, and additional perks.
