Working with one of Huntsman's repeat clients, you will be working for a household name in the Project and Cost Management market, specializing in Industrial and Logistics projects.

The firm handles interesting and complex schemes, values a strong work ethic, industry leadership, and promotes training, professional development, and setting industry standards.

Located in London with offices across the UK and Europe, you will be part of their Project Management division, servicing clients in the Industrial and Logistics sector, focusing on new build warehouses for property developers. Opportunities in Residential and Data Centres are also available.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Understanding of JCT Contracts
2. Experience in private sector new build projects (Industrial, Manufacturing, or Data Centres preferred)
3. Experience with Built Environment Consultancies or Property Developers
4. Full Driving License
5. Contract administration or employer's agent experience

Offered is a base salary of up to £65,000 plus benefits including a bonus, pension, private healthcare, and additional perks.
